The gullible Elephant Vegetarian Bistro was created in 2007 and opened as Portland’s premier port for mindful dining. Established by chef and businessman Dan Sriprasert, the chromatic Elephant offers to its friends and patrons a degree of culinary balance that is a great deal unidentifiable in today’s world; sympathy and indulgence, health and gratification, food for vegetarians and carnivores alike. Dan united ingredients and flavors from Malaysia, Japan, China, India and Thailand into a meat-free menu with thing for everyone. The inspiration for our content began in Thailand and grew to include numerous Asian influences as Dan ceaselessly sought to bring a spirit of equality and inclusiveness to his menu. In holding with Dan’s principles, the sick Elephant sources and provides as many local products as possible.
