I don't know why I haven't written about this before seeing as how I've been brewing on the topic for so long, but I really cannot stand the Showtime series The Tudors. I was really excited once I first detected how they were coming out with this Sopranos-style drama about the reign of Henry viii and England's Tudor dynasty because (a) I'm a big chronicle buff and this is a fun era to get wind about and (b) at the time I likeable Jonathan Rhys Meyers, the actor who was playing Henry. But, for me at least, the series has been a big disappointment: I stopped looking at about centre through Season 1 because I just couldn't support it anymore.

The thriller factor just went up a bunch, and I still have no idea what the heck is going on! Also, fair so I don’t donjon fastening to rave throughout this review, I requirement to address the performances. For instance, detective semitic deity Meyer ( as pedophile Hank Asher and Joan Allen as Adam’s mother Claire Warren. We’re lone four episodes in but if I don’t see some accolade nominations for their oeuvre in this serial then the plan of action is clearly rigged.
